- All eligible return merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, undamaged, saleable, with the original packaging.
- iSCAN Team strive to fulfill same business day delivery for stock orders received before 2 pm CST. All other orders received will be shipped the Next Business Day unless our team have reached out to notified customer otherwise.
- All iSCAN Order is being sent via UPS and should take 4-5 business days to arrive and next day for Texas customers.
- We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy on defective items. All eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with the original packaging. All shipping costs and credit card fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. Once we receive everything back in good order, we will issue a refund less the original shipping fee & all order processing service charge incurred for customer.
- If this policy is violated by sending the return shipment after 30 days, the Sales Agent or Customer will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchased product price.
